Today is Monday again..."Black Monday?" Its 2nd week with the doQ Job....mind boggling !!!!Let's answer our 4 W's and 1 H on this endeavor for Q:
1. WHAT ?
Our Q program and everyone's own commitment in BSGE.
2. WHY ?
You asked for it, we love quality, we want BSGE to be world class organization money cant buy.
3. WHERE ?
Our office under one roof of BSGE, all units all floors and all staff are to be involved.
4. WHEN ?
Now, anytime and all the time Q..... well ! do it in our Qtime as required on every Friday for CPE hours of 2 each time, 4 times a week, every week on end till we are world class 2010.
5. HOW ?
Every one of us has a unit, lead by your Unit head who is also the Team Manager for the Category being assigned to lead and to PDCA.. Be with the leader and follow the Q Program.. and we all will be alright.
