No matter how clear your vision, it's impossible to know with any certainty what lies beyond your horizon. It's impossible to discover new lands until you have the courage to lose sight of your shore.
So the question is, although you can't predict the future, are you still willing to head in new directions? Are you confident that if you prepare, you can survive whatever unexpected twists the future brings?
You can play it safe, but that's not what leaders are made for.
